Meslec recognises that in a world of limited resources and often competing needs, we must play our part to ensure that we provide for the current generation whilst not endangering the ability of future generations to provide for their needs.

We recognise that to be sustainable, we must manage the impacts of our business on the social, environmental and economic spheres of development.

We do this by building upon the Integrated Management System covering the Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality aspects of the business and including Social and Procurement aspects.

As such, we undertake to:

• Establish lines of communication with the clients, their representatives suppliers and subcontractors, the local authority and the local community and ensure that we are available for any party in relation to concerns they may have about any site we operate on.
• Provide training, mentoring and opportunities for employees to develop their skills and experience.
• Proactively engage with and encourage suppliers and subcontractors to measure KPI's and seek to continually improve their performance.
• Encourage our personnel to participate in voluntary activities and support philantrophic activities.
